Returns & Exchange Policy – Maya’s Online

At Maya’s Online, we take pride in offering carefully curated traditional clothing and jewelry. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:

• The item received has a manufacturing defect, or
• The incorrect item was sent.

If your order qualifies, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• Items must be returned within 3 business days from the delivery date listed on the package.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, used, or altered.
• Original packaging or tags are missing.
• Sarees have had the blouse piece detached or tassels added.
• Lehenga or shalwar suits have been altered in any way.
• The item was purchased as a sale or clearance item.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting and screen settings. Colour variation is not considered a defect.

Exchange Process

1. Email us at mayassilk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the exchange can be approved.

3. Once approved, return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or process an exchange, if applicable.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Maya’s Online does not offer refunds for returned merchandise.

Important Notice

Purchases made through Maya’s Online are independent from purchases made at Maya’s Boutique and cannot be combined, exchanged, or processed together.
