1. Do you sell the same items in-store and online?
Yes! Our collection is available both online and in-store. Since we share inventory, some items may sell out quickly.

2. What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only permitted if the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and returned within 3 business days.

3. How do you ensure quality, and can I request special services?
All our sarees, clothing, and jewellery are hand-selected for quality and craftsmanship. We carefully inspect every item to maintain our premium standards. For styling advice, gift packaging, or special requests, our team is happy to assist, simply contact us at mayassilk@gmail.com.

4. Can I get help with styling or sizing?
Yes! We are happy to guide you on styling sarees, jewellery, and clothing to help you feel confident and complete.

5. Why do the product colors look different in real life?
Colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting or screen settings. Minor variations are not considered defects.
